Tourmaline

I have a rather large example of Tourmaline (132CT.)in blue green to chrome in rough and would like to have it looked at. Is there a place in Phoenix, Arizona I could do this?

Hi cant help you with anyone in Pheonix as I am in Australia, but just by the look of your photo with a bit of light on the stone it certainly does not look like it would cut, you might get a few smaller clear stones out of the piece but that is a question mark??? Also

It looks fractured and therefore hard to evaluate gemstone quality and yield until it is sliced with a diamond saw. At least I would suggest cutting or sanding two windows into the ends to see if the cracks/foliation permit the gain of sizeable gems. Otherwise, it is an interesting specimen or perhaps carving rough.
