Has anyone here worked with precision saws for cutting composites like carbon fiber, fiberglass, or polymer laminates? Getting clean cuts without delamination or fiber pull-out can be tricky, especially on tight-tolerance parts.

That’s a great point, Ivan. I’ve been looking into wire saws as well — they can give very clean cuts on composites with minimal fiber pull-out. The setup I’m considering uses diamond wire like this one: https://ukam.com/product/diamond-wire/
