Super excited to see someone with Titanite rough! There are a few gem quality transparent pieces in the lot. Very nice!
There are several gem cutters listed in the IGS business list in FL. You can reach out to them via the list directly.

You can check the USFG (United States Faceter’s Guild) website…a list of members should indicate some who are commercial cutters…there are some who live in Florida, but I’m not sure where exactly. Myself, I would discourage you from focusing only on those local. It is great to be able to meet in person and look over the rough, but you may find a great cutter to work with who is not local to you. Anthony Lloyd-Rees is the GemDr and he used to have a national list of cutters at his website, but that seems to be gone now. Try him on Facebook. Last time I checked, I could get very good cutting for about $150/stone. Given the photo, I don’t think a lot of that parcel is facetable. That’s why you need a consultant who can advise you before you buy. Shoot them a picture in a text and they can tell you what to do! I did see some very good sphene available last year when I was more active in looking…

For such poor quality rough, the cutting cost in the USA will be greater than the value of the finished gems
