I’m interested in the history of amber and other gems etc that were popular and found in central Europe in the middle ages. For example moldavite found in the area of the not yet country of Czechia. I know the Amber Road and Amber trade moved through the Great Moravian Empire (9th century) but I’d love any assistance or shared knowledge regarding amber finds, uses, trade etc.
