Supposedly STAR RUTILE
but after much work by CGL-GRS
(Vancouver, NYC & Hong Kong)
The results are SURPRISING !!
the Strong Metallic Sheen made standard testing inconclusive… so off it went to UBC
Results:
Hematite-Magnetite composition (wtf!)
no other examples are known or documented*
UBC Prof Mati said:
“The absence of trace rock forming minerals like quartz, goethite, etc. might suggest a synthetic origin"
