Ruby unheated and natural? (Winza)

Hello, bought this ruby of 21 carat in Tanzania. do you think it looks natural?
They are obvious inclusions but i think it is unheated as the seller told me and i also verify no bubbles or glass filling but wanted to have other opinions thanks a lot !!!

Do you have a microscope? Any surefire determination can only be done with a much better look, But due to the amount of white silk we are seeing leads me to believe you may be correct but i AM BY NO MEANS QUALIFIED TO MAKE THAT CALL . LOL, nice stone though,

Yes I have seen winza with this waxy like finish due to small inclusion ie bubbles. The parallel white may be as you indicated Rutile?, or related to xtal growth planes. The surface could also be rutile rods.
Try a black light verifying it is not a lead glass composite (composite grain outline)
Bright light looking for a star
Microscope to address the visible pits in the polish which might be ends of rutile rods in the matrix. For winza I like to see evidence of colour fluctuations along growth planes even as deep as dk blue. I do not see this in photo look at the pavilion
Hope the thoughts help

Thanks for your help ! no i don’t… i will make it check by GIA or other lab to get an answer

Yes for sure it is not lead glass composite i checked with my magnifying glass… does it has some value if proven to be natural and unheated? Approx ? Thanks a lot
