Instead of reset password, the IGS web page OPENED. SO how does one reset password work?
I went through the exact same thing awhile back. I solved the problem by making my user name and PIN permanantly locked in on my lap top. Now I just hit the icon and it goes straight to IGS sight.

Hi @DonaldA29063. Did you get to the screen where it asks you for a new password? After you type in your new password and click the button, it takes you to the login page where you can use your new password. If you still need more help, feel free to contact us via our Helpdesk Form here:
