hey guys, I recently bought a ring with a purple star sapphire in it. Is there a way I can tell from where this gem is from and if it is treated or not?
Looks like purplish corundum crystals found in montana on sweet water creek in beaverhead county
Seems like treated , But better to get cerifcation!
