Looks really more like Agate, however could be opal potch really, as there is absolutely no folour or fire in it. Hard to really yell from the photos. Maybe try grinding off some of the surface and see if there’s going to be any xolour showing. Wouls not put a value on it as it is. Maybe a paper weight.
I agree, I would think it is potch opal as per attached similar photo’s of potch
