No submit button on “why did I cancel “ form.

I would have liked to provide the following answer for why I cancelled my membership, but the form had no submit button on my iPhone:

I am very grateful to y’all for helping me learn enough about gems a bit more than a year ago to have a really great and meaningful engagement ring made for my now wife. I was pleased to pay for a year of membership in gratitude, but I’m not likely to consult y’all again soon as I haven’t for the past year, so rather than update my payments info, I’m just going to cancel. Y’all please keep up your good work providing great educational resources.
