I’ve never seen this marking before and cannot find it online. It is on a diamond ring (small cluster and channels, but diamonds still.
Anyone recognize this?

The image is not very clear. It appears to be three circles underneath a line, and I cannot make out the shape above the line. Can you provide a description or draw out a representation of the mark in MS paint or powerpoint?
All i can see is a line with three dots under it. Can you get a clearer picture?
