my question is about moonstone prices and what is the meaning of a white moonstone?
Does white moonstones have blues hues?

I believe that is referring to the body color of the stone, not the color of the flashes. Perfectly clear would be best, followed by white. Then if it starts to get darker, like grey, it is not worth as much. The buyers guide talks more about it.
