Montana Sapphires

Hello IGS Community,

I wanted to make a quick post showing how these sapphires from the Treasure State (Montana) turned out. Here I have these Montana sapphires that I received from a customer from the state of Montana, USA

They are to get cut, polished and set into gold engagement style Rings.
Did you know? In the 1860s Gold prospectors discovered Montana sapphires accidentally in the Missouri river, mistaking them initially for worthless pebbles while panning for gold. Later in 1969 Montana sapphires, along with Montana agates, were officially designated as the state’s gemstone.

These are the Sapphires after my cutters Faceted them.

Montana sapphires have been used in fine jewelry collections, including pieces for royalty and high-profile clients worldwide.
And these are the finished jewelry pieces our jewelers made.

Let me know what you think of the final results. I’d love to read your feedback.

I also made a video about this in YouTube So, if you are interested in watching a video of these jewelry in action do look up my channel City gems and Jewelry or click this link which will take you directly to the video [video link]

Thanks for reading.

Hello, thanks for your comment.

They are even prettier when you see it with your eyes. My jewelers could make a Ring similar to this with Montana Sapphire.
