When working to set stones using metal clay, Can a 13 Ct. Moissanite stone stand up to the heat of a kiln or torch when setting them into Silver metal clay. Would the color, hardness, clarity and overall luster survive the process or do I might want to consider doubling up on the safety goggles if attempting this?
