My partner and I came across a quartz seam last year. I’m struggling to identify with confidence as each piece are different. Two years of learning and I still have so much to learn. Located Australia NSW on our families property:) Thank you

Hi Angelo, are you a member of Prospecting Australia? Might be worthwhile joining as there are some very experienced Geologists on the forum who know Australia and its minerals.
I’m north of you in SEQ Granite belt and your images are very different from what we have, ours is much more microchrystaline and decomposing.
To my untrained eye, looks like Quartz seams in host rock with some ironstone stains, typical of the sort of material you’d swing a detector over.
