Membership fees

Hi I’ve been a member for a year now and my dues were supposed to go through today as far as I know. It allows me to get into my account but it does not allow me to verify if it has been paid and yet my bank shows that the money was debited. I would appreciate it very much if you could get a hold of me as soon as possible by email and let me know the status of that. I do not want to lose my membership the last several months of been very difficult and I have not had a chance to get going on my certificate but should be able to start in June. So kindly get back to me as soon as possible because this has me worried.
