Looking for 10ct+ jewellery quality emerald (oiled ok)

On behalf of a Germany-based jeweller, I am searching for a excellent quality emerald, 10ct and above. This is for a custome-made piece of jewellery. The stone should be oval cut and express vivid colours. It may be oiled. I am thanksful for any hint / advice / offer.
