I’m trying understand this hallmarks meaning , looks like soviet /USSR marks and I don’t know for definite, anyone knows about this full meaning such as year of manufacture and other marks meaning?

Yes, the star & sickle/hammer is soviet era. The “E” represents what city it was inspected in. (Haven’t found the city name though) The middle hallmark (pentagon) indicates the city it was fabricated in. The far left hallmark is most-likely the company or goldsmith.
