Is this a raw blue sapphire?

Fair size and curious look on the surface, first thing you need to do is test the stone’s Specific Gravity, if it’s a Sapphire is should have an SG of 4.

looks like river tumbled granite, not at all like sapphire

Ugh…I’m embarrassed. This photo is awful and doesn’t do the stone any justice.
I can definitely see how it looks like granite in this blurry picture. I tried to delete this post but I am not allowed. Please forgive me, and I will take better photos and provide more information, like the SG, “Dihusky” thank you for your suggeston. Take care and thank you both for responding.
