I’d like some help in pricing 2 custom made Sri Lankan intense yellow sapphires before I either sell them outright or send to Sotheby’s or Christy’s. Ten years ago I had a Sri Lankan gemologist/jeweler make for my collection, after she traveled to her homeland at the mines selected these stones for me. The ring is an 8 ct oval with 2 cts of diamonds on each side set in 18 kt WG. The earrings are 4 ct each dangle set with 1 1/2 ct diamonds each set in 18 kt WG. They are appraised and insured for $45,000 for ring and $98,000 for earrings. Anyone with knowledge what
