The images are not in focus enough to view the stones individually, in more detail. I would not take an educated guess other than they are too “eye clean”; therefore they are most-likely lab-grown. But there is always a chance they are natural. No way to prove these are sapphires based on the images alone.
I always assume a heat treatment has occurred until proven otherwise, especially without visible inclusions.
There is a very large assortment of colors there… but a lot of the stones seem to have shallow pavilions as they are displaying windows.
That’s as far as I can go without more data or pictures…
