Identification of mineral

Hi community
I’m after some help with identification
It’s over 7.5 on mohs scale
Thanks for any feed back

Hi there dear reader friend.
I do suspect that this could be rough jet, As I have encountered some in my time with gems with curved plates that look a little like tectonic plating that have buckled, Thaw as I tell every one that I respond to without having held and doing a series for lab testes tho ascertain the exact composition is, it is hard to say.
! I cold still be off the mark but as far as I can tell jet seams to be the most obvious answer here. Pleas do keep me updated in your findings!!!
As there is always more to learn no matter how long you have done gems for! this is an ever changing industry with new types of gem and gem matter still being discovered, it is kind like discovering the language of Earth / Nature, Never ending options of combonations.
Best regards Jarryed.
