I’m young in this industry so i wanted to ask is this Bluish/Violet or Violetish Blue?
is it also pleochroism iolite or not?

It is difficult to identify a gemstone with pictures. The color you see in person might not be what we can see in an image. If you have any diagnostic data, it would be good to share with the forum.
Iolite is commonly trichroic, so it should display color change based on viewing direction / light path, with respect to crystal growth axis. A dichroscope would be a beneficial tool to use. Especially, if the change in color hue is subtle.
