Please tell me what these IGI certified natural emeralds of Zambia are worth.they are oiled only
1+ carat size and 2+ carat size

Using what is provided, disagree with report, this stone tends very bluish and not green (unless photograph color rendition is inaccurate.) Stone exhibits extinction and windowing. Photographs too unclear to determine inclusion field. Guesstimate at $800-$1400 per carat, retail.
