I have two problems with shopping and inspecting emeralds

  1. How to distinguish a secondary color of emerald is between 10 to 15 percent blue and not more? Can anyone help?
  2. How do I trust miner if I want to shop rough emerald that the material is not oiled?

It is hard to say.For oil, just pick some good quality without crack.
