Bright/Darkfield Microscope Stage

I have a Bausch & Lomb Stereozoom 7 microscope which I need a stage for. I currently have a brightfield stage and a separate darkfield stage, but this is not a very satisfactory set-up as switching between bright and dark fields requires removing one stage and installing the other.

What I would like to have is something like the stage from a GIA Gemmolite Mk V, (see pics) but I have been looking for a very long time, and have never seen any new or used item anywhere.

Any suggestions where/who has a combo stage?
