There are some excellent Zambian emeralds out there, great color and saturation, minimal inclusions. the headache in Zambia is always sourcing, especially if you’re not buying from Gemfields auctions. Most small scale and “off market” suppliers usually have rough with very small individual pieces, making the investment tricky at best.
