A family member sent me this photo of a rock he had collected near Iqaluit on the southern shore of Baffin Island. I cannot identify the rock so would appreciate any thoughts

Baffin Island, I would love to explore up there. Must be beautiful
My guess would be plagioclase feldspar. It’s grayish //white., blocky /cleavage in 2 directions at 90 degrees.
