I’m a crafter who started making Swarovski Crystal jewelry and selling at craft shows and home parties. I’ve expanded my selections to include gem jewelry. I buy inexpensive gems, including hydro gems, from Etsy vendors. I’ve researched extensively on what Etsy gem vendors and jewelers are selling. I have found deception and outright lies is the norm. I’ve decided I needed to become educated on gem quality. That was my initial interest in joining IGS. I have no interest in becoming a professional jeweler.
