How do you charge and use a diamax lap? (gearloose)

Hi,

So I’m a beginner at this, I’m faceting my first stone

I bought 3 diamax laps from gearloose since it said that it could be used with diamond or oxydes. I though I would have a 8K and 50K laps and use the 3rd for cerium oxyde.

But I cannot find information about how to charge it, on youtube I found videos about charging a batt lap but not a diamax.

and once charged, do I need running water on it? I’ve seen people polishing with battlap going really slow and not using running water on themp while polishing.

is is used the same way with diamond and oxydes?
